Julien Vulliet is an independent programmer based in France, with a strong interest in code, aesthetics and experimental rendering techniques. His projects have been shown in various museums, festivals, exhibitions and events.
He is also an active contributor to the vvvv programming toolkit, providing new features, most notably DirectX11 rendering engine which has now been used in countless projects, from small artistic ones to high profile commercial events.
In his talk Julien will discuss various techniques and paradigms for visual content creation and graphics. He will provide some real time graphics examples and he will explain the challenges involved in the creation process and how they are solved in modern rendering pipelines.
